THE RIGA MOTOR MUSEUM'S EXPOSITION IN BAUSKA and MOTOR SPORT EXPOSITION IN BIKERNIEKI RACE TRACK ARE OPEN!
The Riga Motor Museum will be under reconstruction till May, 2014. After the reconstruction the museum’s exhibition will be open to public in August, 2014. During the reconstruction the museum’s exhibition shall be stored in temporary premises located in the following address: „Piepilsētas”, Krustkalni, Ķekava district. It is planned that the temporary exposition shall be open to visitors in June, 2013; however, only by prior request. Later on we shall provide more detailed information regarding the temporary storage of the museum’s exhibits.

When visiting the southern region of Latvia, pay a visit also to the Motor Museum in Bauska. We offer new and well-organized premises with more than 60 old-timers, agriculture, special and military vehicles. In one of the exhibition halls you can glance at motorcars used in the 30ies and postwar years by bourgeois when going for a ride to the countryside. However in the second exhibition hall we offer a chance to feel the atmosphere of Latvian countryside of the 20ies and 30ies.

Riga Motor Museum invites you to pay a visit to the museum’s motor sport exposition located in the Bikernieki race track’s office building in S. Eizensteina Street 4. The motor sport exposition is located just next to the legendary Bikernieki race track that opened in 1966 and was the first professionally built race track in the whole Baltic region.
